Our journey began in 2010 when we first entered the world of online cab services. Over the years, we watched as numerous app-based cab companies emerged, often charging customers hefty fares with hidden costs that made rides unnecessarily expensive.
We also saw how cab operators were struggling, giving up nearly 25% of their earnings in commission to these companies. To make up for this, operators were forced to inflate prices, which only added to the customer's burden.
In 2019, after seeing the struggles of both customers and operators, we decided to create something different. Thus, FlyOnRoad was born with the goal of providing transparent, affordable services. We offer the best rates to customers, with no unnecessary fees, while keeping our commission to a minimum. This allows us to support our operators and pass the savings on to our customers, ensuring they are happy with both the price and the service.
One of the main concerns for customers today is the fare, especially for outstation trips. Many are shocked when they’re charged for a round-trip, even if they only need a one-way ride.
